Please describe the outcome you are seeking as a result of your complaint or appeal.
Please note that iCAA personnel who have provided consultancy or been employed by a client shall not be used to review or approve the resolution of a complaint or appeal for that client within two years following the end of the consultancy or employment, to ensure that there is no conflict of interest.
Whenever possible, iCAA shall give formal notice of the outcome and the end of the complaint process to the complainant and the outcome and the end of the appeal process to the appellant.
iCAA shall take any subsequent action needed to resolve the complaint or appeal.
Please also note that iCAA shall establish and maintain a management system that is capable of achieving the consistent fulfillment of the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065:2012 in accordance with either Option A or Option B.
